The Brief
A family in West Bay Lagoon wanted a dream bunkroom for their 7 and 9-year-old siblings. The children specifically requested a "secret treehouse clubhouse" where they could read and host weekend sleepovers, while the parents insisted on absolute structural safety and zero loose toy clutter.
The Architectural Challenge
The bedroom featured an unusual 4.2m sloping vaulted ceiling, an awkwardly positioned structural pillar, and commercial retail bunk beds looked tiny and out of proportion in the cavernous space.
The KidsCasa Solution
Our workshop engineered a two-story solid Austrian oak bunk pavilion that utilized the full ceiling height. The lower queen berth accommodates sleepover guests, the upper single berth features a curved privacy rail, and a cantilevered third level serves as the secret reading hideaway accessed via integrated staircase drawers fitted with Blum soft-close glides.
